Meet Our Team
Kristin Rader built her successful real estate business based on the principles she learned working as an elementary school teacher. Asking “why” questions and listening intently allows Kristin to discover each client’s unique needs, and lets her tailor the experience to be dynamic and exceptional. To give back to the community, Kristin serves on several leadership boards and continues to teach — only now it’s training fellow Realtors at a local and national level. In her “spare” time, she loves to camp, run, and ride motorcycles with her two sons and wonderfully supportive husband.
Kati Rodgers’ many years as a veterinary technician prepared her for the busy life of a real estate office! She worked as our transaction coordinator for a year to learn the ropes and then transitioned seamlessly to Buyer’s Agent in 2016. Kati goes above and beyond for our buyers in her quest to find them the perfect home. When not pounding the pavement looking at listings and writing offers, Kati enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and reading!
We are so thankful for Leslee! As our Operations Manager, Leslee not only makes sure our team is running smoothly, she is a very hands-on client care specialist. She handles each transaction from start to finish with a goal of 100 percent client satisfaction. Leslee’s attention to detail is remarkable! She also drives our marketing, from individual listings to our creative client parties! When not cracking the whip in the office, Leslee loves spending time on the Oregon coast and drinking coffee, lots and lots of coffee!
